Dear Friends,

It was a busy and productive summer and now I’m looking forward to an action-packed fall. El Violin Latino is just about to head into the recording studio to begin recording our latest album, El Violin Latino – Vol. 3 – The Cuban Volume. Follow us and like us on facebook to stay tuned into the recording.

It was a thrill to receive the Grand Prize for the NY Philharmonic composition competition in June. Right after that I accepted the professorship for composition in Munich. I am looking forward to teaching this semester.

I am also proud of the most recent CD I am a part of – Touched by the Strings. Several composers created pieces for this unique CD for choir and solo violin. My composition is entitled Ich Rufe Zu Gott.
