Honored to Receive Grand Prize for NY Philharmonic’s New World Initiative Composition Challenge
On June 14, 2017 I was handed the award for the Grand Prize for New York Philharmonic’s New World Initiative Composition Challenge for my composition “New World, Nov 9. 2016.”
It was a thrill to be recognized at New York Philharmonic’s annual Concert in Central Park in front of such an appreciative crowd on a beautiful summer night.
