Friends,

It has been an exciting and busy month full of energy and new ideas. I’ve been performing and teaching in Germany. Sirius Quarted produced the inaugural Progressive Chamber Music Festival in Munich where Sirius Quartet collaborated with the amazing soprano Marlis Petersen. Read a rave review of the festival in Süddeutsche Zeitung. Then we set sail as on the MS Europa 2 cruise ship from the Canary Islands to Capetown, South Africa which was an incredible experience. On the ship we performed again with Marlis on a swanky stage and our performance became more and more exciting. In South Africa we performed at the outstanding Norval Foundation, an arts center and sculpture park (check out some pictures). I returned to New York City just in time to VOTE and then spent the next day in DC performing with El Violin Latino at the Luxembourg Embassy for the DC Jazz Festival.

This weekend Sirius Quartet Presents the Progressive Chamber Music Festival at Spectrum in Brooklyn on Saturday, November 10 & Sunday, November 11, 2018.

The video of Los Soñadores/Dreamers premiered on May 4, 2018 is getting more important each and every day in our world, that’s why I send it to you again to share it with all your friends. The video has been viewed on Facebook nearly 10k times. Facebook is no longer allowing us to boost it, they say it’s a Political Message. Initially they allowed us to boost it, and the song was incredibly popular in the U.S., Central and South America. Now we need to spread the word about this video even further.
